2023… a year to remember both the good and bad times. this year my sister maddy was hit by a drunk driver over the summer and unfortunately passed away. i’ve been regretting making an “official” post about it because what really can i say? i’m devastated and heartbroken and feeling every negative emotion towards the unfamiliar situation. however, i know my sister and i know that she wouldn’t want me to dwell on it, but rather thrive from it…so please do me a favor and hold your loved ones close and tell them how much you love them going into 2024. you truly don’t know if that’s your last “i love you”. by @mya.allenn
