The best part of traveling will always be who you’re traveling with. 🤍

This trip was so much more than a vacation. It was our first international trip as a family and the perfect way to celebrate both my dad’s birthday and mine. Getting to experience a new place together with my dad, Nana, my uncle, and Nick is something I’ll always be grateful for.

Of course, there was someone missing. Uncle Sterling, you should’ve been making us laugh, cracking jokes, and creating memories right alongside us.

However, throughout the trip we were graced by white butterflies, and it’s said that white butterflies signify a spiritual visit from a loved one. We saw more than one throughout the trip, and every single one made us smile. To us, they were little reminders that Sterling was with us—walking beside us, celebrating with us, and letting us know he hadn’t missed a thing. 🦋🤍

Life is short. Travel when you can. Take the pictures. Laugh a little louder. Hug your people a little tighter.

So thankful for these memories I’ll get to hold onto forever.
