This is my WHY. ❤️

Everything I do. Every sacrifice. Every early morning. Every late night. Every time I push myself beyond my comfort zone.

It all comes back to my family.

I didn’t lose over 220 pounds just to change the way I looked.

I changed my life because I wanted to be here longer. To be a better father. A better husband. A better example.

I want my children to grow up knowing that no matter where you start in life, you have the power to change your direction.

I want them to see their father chase his dreams instead of making excuses.

I’m building something bigger than myself.

Not just financial freedom. Not just a business. Not just a better body.

A LEGACY.

One day, my children will understand why Daddy worked so hard.

And I hope they remember one thing:

You don’t have to settle for the life you’ve been given. You can build the life you choose.

That’s why I do what I do.

That’s Awai’s Decision. ❤️

100+ grams of carbs before training. 🚀

Coffee in the system.
Fuel in the tank.
Glycogen getting loaded.
And absolutely ZERO intention of training like a bitch today. 😂

There was a time when I was terrified of carbs.

Now I understand what they are:

FUEL.

Eat with purpose.
Train with purpose.
Recover with purpose.
Grow.

We’re not starving anymore.

We’re building. 🚀💪🏽

Tonight, tonight… 🎶

The road back starts here.

Rest day.
90-minute walk.
Steep Maui hills.
8,700 steps.

Nobody told me I had to do this today.

That’s the point.

This year I stepped on that Summer Shredding stage for the first time and walked away 5th out of 37.

I was proud. But I also walked away knowing I wasn’t finished.

So now we build.

Every workout. Every meal. Every walk. Every hill. Every decision when nobody is watching.

Summer Shredding 2027.

I’m coming from Maui back to Texas with one goal:

THE CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE. 🏆

Best believe that.

The road is long.

Good.

Because it’s always Awai’s Decision. 🤙🏽🔥

All the knowledge in the world doesn’t mean shit if you never EXECUTE.

At 450 pounds, I could tell you about keto.
Fasting.
Carnivore.
Fasted cardio.
Two-a-days.
Every new diet. Every new strategy.

I knew a little bit about EVERYTHING.

And that became the problem.

I was constantly searching for the next answer instead of consistently executing the answer I already had.

Paralysis by analysis.

One of the biggest changes I made was simplifying everything.

One meal plan.
One training plan.
Weekly accountability.
No bouncing from strategy to strategy.

Just EXECUTION.

That lesson became bigger than weight loss for me.

Whether you’re trying to transform your body, your mindset, your habits, or the direction of your life—sometimes you don’t need another piece of information.

You need clarity, a plan, accountability, and the willingness to fucking execute.

If you’re stuck in your own head and ready to start moving forward, DM me “SPIRIT” and let’s get on a 15-minute consultation call.

Awai’s Decision. 🤙🏽
