Yoga is better with goats. 🐐

Yes, you read that correctly.

At Barossa Palms, a stay can come with some rather unusual neighbours. The Palms has its own miniature goat sanctuary, where you can meet, feed and even be joined by the resident goats during a yoga session.

Just over an hour from Adelaide, between the Adelaide Hills and Barossa, the @springgardenfestivalsa is back in Mount Pleasant this Saturday.

Think 100+ stallholders, flowers, plants, local makers, food, live music + the @mountpleasantfarmersmarketau . You’ll also find @sophiespatch , @hannah_moloney and Katie + Rob from @blumeestate_ , formerly The Little Lyndoch Flower Farm, there on the day. Plus many more!

And yep, dogs are welcome on lead, so @sir.teddycocker, our little country hospital volunteer pup, is coming too. Come say hi if you spot him!

This is what spring tastes like in Barossa. 🌱🍽️

On Saturday 26 September, the Barossa Farmers Market is swapping the market basket for one long table for its From Farm to Table: Community Spring Long Lunch.

Chef and market stallholder Daniel Murphy will take the freshest seasonal produce from the market stalls that morning and turn it into a generous three-course shared feast, bringing the growers, makers and people behind the produce into the story too.

Start with sparkling and seasonal canapés, settle in around the table for lunch, local wine or beer, and spend an afternoon celebrating spring the Barossa way.

Following a sold-out Winter Long Lunch, the table is being set again.
