Most people worry about a huge down payment to invest in real estate. Prop Shares give new accessibility. You get fractional ownership in rental properties that have already been renovated and stabilized. Here’s the step-by-step breakdown👇 → Equity for Sale Bedrock sets aside 20% of the property’s After Repair Value (ARV) for investors. This is the slice you can buy. → Transactional Fees To the equity value, they add a few fees. → Number of Shares The total value (equity plus fees) is split into shares. Each share is usually $500. So, if the total is $50,000, there are 100 shares. → Investor Returns You get paid monthly or quarterly. Your share of the net rental income is based on how much of the property you own. The formula is simple: (Net Rent x Your % Ownership) ÷ Your Investment → Minimum Investment You can start with as little as $500. No need to save for years. → Profit Types You earn two ways:💰 • Ongoing yield from rental income. • Long-term appreciation when the property is sold. Let’s see it in action: 1/ Equity for Sale: The property’s ARV is $500,000.
