Jiu Jitsu isn't all about the fancy moves you see on the reels. Firstly you should have a good foundation in self defense.

My Jiu Jitsu has always been self defense focus having received my blue belt under the Rickson Gracie Jiu Jitsu Association.

Once you've got a good grasp on the fundamentals then you can do all the fancy moves you like.

Come try our classes. Beginner friendly. We offer 1 week free trial.

Part 2, this time we missed getting the underhook and manage to just hook the head. We can still execute the same hip throw into and arm lock.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes. @Hybrid Combative Academy & Gym

Part 3 coming soon...
