Thanksgiving is coming, and a lot of families in our area won’t have a meal to put on the table.

This year we’re providing 1,200 Thanksgiving dinners through our annual Feed-a-Family fundraiser. $40 covers a full meal for one family, and every gift gets us closer to that goal.

Faith is formed in the lowest of places.

Valleys are the places we try to avoid: uncertainty, loneliness, waiting. The weight of a battle you didn’t choose. The silence when you were hoping for clarity. And in our rush to get out, we can miss what God is trying to do in us while we’re in it. What if the valley isn’t something to escape, but something to embrace? Throughout Scripture, valleys are where identities are forged, pain is redeemed, and what feels dead comes back to life.

Sometimes what we’re really after is peace, and we try to create it in ways that wear down our physical health. Your soul and your body are connected, and God made you that way on purpose.

Honor God with your spirit, soul, and body. Be a good steward of the strength He’s given you, eat with wisdom, practice moderation, and invest in your sleep. Rest isn’t laziness. It goes hand in hand with productivity, so make room for restoration without guilt. Read 1 Corinthians 10:31 today 📖

Worship doesn’t only happen on Sundays. It’s found in the way we work, the way we serve, the way we treat others, and even in the smallest moments of our everyday lives.

Whatever is in front of you today, do it with a heart that points back to Him. When God is at the center, even the ordinary can become an opportunity to bring Him glory.

A lot of us are quick to say we’re under attack, that there’s a dark cloud of oppression over our lives. But sometimes it’s not that at all. It’s what we’re putting into our bodies every single day. It’s time to start paying attention to your nutrition. Take care of the body God gave you.

Who gets the final say in your finances?

You can’t serve God and money, and the way to show who you’re actually serving is to give to God first. Proverbs 3:9 says to honor the Lord with the first of everything you earn, not whatever is left over.

Money is never just about money. It shows what has your heart.
