Chicken of the Woods I found a while back with @carlijod🍄😈

It was actually the first edible COTW I’ve ever found📈📈📈and I was so excited to bring it back home and prepare it. I chopped it up did a little pre boil and then sautéed the pieces and seasoned with garlic, salt, lemon and pepper🥵

We had a great mushroom year with a lots of firsts! Looking forward to getting back on the mushroom grind this Spring.
