🤝 Great networking isn’t about talking to everyone. 🔗 It’s about making the right connections. 💙

At our latest GS Next – Business Mastery session at Compass, participants explored practical ways to network with more confidence, start meaningful conversations and build professional relationships in a way that feels natural - even for those who don’t enjoy traditional networking environments.

A special thank you to Stephen Fairhall, Owner of rightclick.realestate, for sharing his real-world experience, practical advice and plenty of networking tips and tricks with our community. 👏

From how to enter a conversation and introduce yourself with confidence, to the art of a proper handshake, reading interactions and recognising when a connection is worth pursuing - this was networking practice you can actually use.

🎯 And then we put it into action.

The room was filled with conversations, shared experiences, introductions and new connections - exactly what great networking should feel like.

Because at GS Next, you don’t just come to learn...

✅ You come to connect, practise, and build relationships that can help your business grow. 🙌

💙 What makes Compass a place people genuinely love being part of?

We asked the RAKEZ team what they love most about Compass 🤩 and honestly, just look at their faces. 😍

No scripts. No rehearsed answers. Just genuine reactions straight from the heart.

The community. The atmosphere. The people. The energy. 🤝

Because Compass has always been about more than having a place to work. It's about creating an environment where people feel connected, comfortable and part of something.

😊 And judging by those smiles… we think that says it all. 💙

But we're not done yet.

😎 This is only Part 1.
🔥Stay tuned for Part 2!

⚡ This is what happens when learning meets networking… Compass style!

Our Five Elements of Life & Business session brought together big ideas, hands-on activities, plenty of laughs and a room full of people ready to connect. 🤝

Led by Anastasiia Bruieva, this wasn't a sit-back-and-listen kind of session. It was interactive, energetic and a reminder that some of the best learning happens when we get involved, exchange ideas and learn from each other.

💧 New conversations started.
🔥 New connections were made.
🌀 And who knows where they might lead? 🌱 🪴 🌳 🌴

A huge thank you to Anastasiia and everyone who brought such incredible energy to Compass! 💙

Missed this one?

Don't just watch the highlights.

Come be part of the next one.

📍 Your next conversation, connection or opportunity could be waiting at Compass.

🏆 The award is a milestone. 🧭 The community is the story. 💗

We sat down with Margarita Hernandez following her recognition as International Winner of the GWA Community Manager Awards 2026 to hear what this global achievement means to her… in her own words. 🤩

From reflecting on the journey and the people behind Compass, to sharing her hopes for the community and what's coming next, one thing is clear:

We're only getting started. 💙

🎥 Hear directly from Margarita about the win, the community behind it, and her vision for the next chapter of Compass.

More connections. More opportunities. More community.

😊 What makes you smile at Compass? 😊 We asked the people who bring Compass to life one simple question:

“What makes you smile when you’re here?”

The answers were different, but they all came back to what makes this place special - the people, the friendships, the conversations, the community and those little everyday moments that make work feel better. 💙

Because a great place to work isn't only about where you sit or what you do.

It's about how it makes you feel. 😄

And around here, there are plenty of reasons to smile.

Happy World Smile Day from the Compass community! 😊

📍 Come experience the people, energy and community for yourself.

Create. Collaborate. Connect.
