Every strong foundation begins with awareness. Our 'New to Pilates' Package combines 4 private sessions + 4 group classes to introduce you to the Pilates method the right way. Unlike others, we take the time to teach you how your body moves — so when you join group classes, you move with confidence, control, and intention. This isn’t a trial — it’s the start of your movement journey. #pilatesjourney #mindful #focus #precision #corestrength #quality #pilates #pilatesdubai #pilatesreformer #pilatesstudio #mycorestudio by @mycorestudios

Have you experienced our Tower classes? Unlike the Reformer, the Tower uses springs anchored at different heights and angles, challenging your body to manage resistance, stability and movement in new ways. What we love about the Tower? ✨ Control: Learning to manage resistance without relying on momentum. ✨ Stability: Challenging your core and joints while your limbs move independently. ✨ Mobility: Exploring greater ranges of motion with controlled spring assistance or resistance. ✨ Coordination: Teaching your body to move with precision, not just effort. #pilatesindubai #pilatestower #pilatesreformer #dubaipilates #arjan by @mycorestudios

Think Pilates is all about the Reformer? Think again. The Reformer may get all the attention, but Pilates has so much more to offer. Meet the Pilates Chair — compact, versatile and surprisingly challenging. From strength and stability to balance and control, this apparatus challenges your body in ways you might not expect. Because Pilates is a method, not one machine. #pilates #pilateschair #pilatesmethod #dubaipilates by @mycorestudios
