Let’s look at a $500,000 home.

📉 OPTION 1: NEGOTIATE THE PRICE DOWN

At a 6.875% interest rate:

* $500,000 Purchase Price → $4,529/mo
* $485,000 Purchase Price → $4,395/mo
* $470,000 Purchase Price → $4,261/mo
