Officially, Dushka is classified as a 4-star studio apartment.
But honestly, no existing classification in Croatia can fully describe what this little house truly is.

Because Dushka was never created just to be “an apartment”.
It was created as a quiet escape, a small cabin in nature, a place to slow down, breathe deeper, disconnect from noise and reconnect with yourself.

Four stars may describe the standard.
But the real value of Dushka is in the forest, the silence, the morning light, the firepit, the fresh air, and that feeling when time finally slows down.

So yes — officially, we are a 4-star studio apartment.
But in our hearts, Dushka is something a little different.

A nature retreat.
A digital detox.
A soft escape from everyday life.

Where the road ends, a different rhythm begins. 🌿

A few steps through the greenery, a cabin among the trees, views of Ivanščica, and enough space to let the day unfold without a plan.

At Dushka, perhaps the most beautiful things are the ones you leave behind: crowds, noise, and the need to rush anywhere. 🤍

Movie nights at Dushka just got better. 🎬

We’ve added a 4K laser projector with a 100” screen. Netflix, YouTube, TV or your favorite movie.

Imagine a rainy autumn evening, a warm cabin in the middle of nature and a movie on the big screen. 🍂🌲

Movie marathon at Dushka?
