Lighting brings another dimension to the architecture.

For Nagata Medical Centre’s healthcare, the exterior combines curved volumes, a restrained green palette, and integrated greenery to establish a distinct visual identity. As daylight fades, the architectural lighting highlights the building’s forms, textures, and façade details, giving the space a different character after dark.

A balance of form, material, and light.

Every design decision shapes the way architecture is experienced.

At MYDY, our approach is guided by seven considerations: context, purpose, materiality, spatial experience, natural light, human-centered design, and sustainability. Together, they inform how we respond to each project, balancing functional needs with the character of the space.

At MYDY, we see healthcare interiors as spaces where functionality and experience must work together.

For Nagata Medical Centre, the reception area is shaped by warm timber textures, a curved counter, and integrated lighting. Each element contributes to a clear spatial arrangement while softening the clinical environment through material and light.

Designing with the environment in mind.

MYDY approaches sustainable architecture through site, climate, material, and function, creating spaces that respond to their surroundings while remaining comfortable, efficient, and purposeful. by @mydy.architects

Architecture shapes the way people gather, connect, and exchange ideas.

For Universitas MDP Auditorium, MYDY’s architectural approach considers how spatial planning, circulation, and the character of the space can support the activities of an academic community.

Beyond its function as a venue, the auditorium becomes a setting for shared experiences, where architecture supports both the institution and the people within it. by @mydy.architects

Spaces shaped by purpose, material, and the people within them.

Our approach to architecture is rooted in finding a balance between what a space needs and how it should feel. Each project becomes an exploration of form, context, and the details in between.
