Sensual Fluidity is a movement experience rooted in self-awareness, intentionality, healing, and self-expression. It invites participants to embrace sensuality without shame, reconnect with themselves on a deeper level, build confidence, and unlock new layers of being. Through practices such as walking as a goddess, exploring floorwork, and embodying a short movement choreography. This allows participants to deepen their relationship with their bodies and cultivate a profound appreciation of their whole selves.

This past weekend, I taught two Sensual Fluidity Dance Workshops in Miami, and it was an amazing experience. The first workshop was at the 10th Annual @bosschickdanceworkout Summit. Thank you @simonesobers for having me to be part of such an incredible event. I loved the energy everyone brought into the space. The second workshop was my own class, and I’m so grateful to everyone who attended. It was amazing to see both returning and new students in the room. Thank you all!! For my Beginner Sensual Fluidity Dance Class, I intentionally do not teach using counts. My goal is to help students connect with their bodies and the music, rather than focusing on whether they’re on the “correct” count or how many counts each movement requires. My class is about slowing down, being fully present, and embodying each movement through feeling rather than overthinking. By letting go of counts, students can develop a deeper connection to their natural movement, musicality, and self-expression.
