Hey hey 🤗 sooo.... I've had a few people ask me about the meaning behind my logo, so I thought I'd share it. 🤍 The triangle represents the masculine to me. Grounded, steady, and the energy that rises upwards into the circle. The circle represents the feminine, the cycles of life, and creation. As women, we carry the incredible ability to bring life into this world, and I wanted that energy woven into the heart of my brand. The hexagram is one of my favourite parts. I believe it represents portals. A gateway into different dimensions, deeper consciousness, and remembering who we really are. Whether that's through bodywork, spirituality, deep conversations, or life's biggest challenges, I believe we're constantly being invited into new versions of ourselves. My Embodied Path was never meant to be just a massage business. It was created as a space to come home to yourself. A place where I'll be sharing bodywork, rituals, spirituality, art, deep conversations, and all the little moments that make life feel beautiful and meaningful. I truly believe I'm here to be of service. To hold space, inspire, and support people on their own unique journeys. Thank you for being here, for following along, and for being part of this community. Whether you're here for a treatment, a conversation, or simply because something resonates with you, I'm so grateful you've found your way here. Welcome to My Embodied Path. 💓 by @myembodiedpath
* Held with intention* everything in this space is chosen with intention, the oils, the herbs, the small details nothing is random. It’s all there to support you in letting go,coming out of the head and back into the body 🙂‍↕️ #heldwithintention #embodiedritual #intentionalspace by @myembodiedpath
A place to land, to unravel slowly, to let your body speak in its own time. A safe space where your body can release whatever it’s holding , any energy, any emotion , without needing to hold it in. Nothing needs to be forced here, and nothing needs to be hidden. #theembodiedpath #nervoussystemhealing #somatichealing #safespace by @myembodiedpath
There comes a moment in every life when your soul grows tired of pretending. The masks no longer fit. The things that once distracted you no longer fill the emptiness inside. What you thought mattered suddenly feels meaningless. This is not the beginning of your downfall. It is the beginning of your awakening. Your higher self isn't asking you to become someone else. It's asking you to stop abandoning the person you have always been. The most powerful transformation doesn't come from changing who you are. It comes from remembering your truth and having the courage to live it, even when the world expects something different. 👁️🙌🏽 #myembodiedpath by @myembodiedpath
Ritual over routine, this isn’t something you rush through it’s intentional, it’s slow, it’s felt , every session is a ritual not just a treatment 🤍 #ritualoverroutine #embodiedhealing #nervoussystemreset #slowdownandfeel #intentionaltouch by @myembodiedpath
You don’t need to keep pushing through everything your body is allowed to rest ,too soften, too receive this is your permission to slow down. #slowdownandfeel #nervoussystemcare #restisproductive #embodiedpresence by @myembodiedpath
One thing I see all the time in the treatment room... People don't know how to receive. They apologise for taking up space. They apologise for relaxing. They apologise for needing care. Imagine what would change if receiving felt safe ❤️ by @myembodiedpath
What do I mean by “come home to your body”? Basically, we only get one body, one vessel. A lot of the time, life is hard. It moves in waves, with ups and downs, and things that are out of our control. Some of us have been through trauma, and some of us may struggle to face it. We might use substances to quiet the noise as a form of escapism, but this can only last so long without having a huge impact on your life. You can go to a psychologist and process things mentally, but energetically it can still be stored in the body, even physically. So when I say “come home to your body,” I really mean coming back into your body, cherishing your body, and learning to love your body ❤️ #embodiedpath #nervoussystemhealing #comehometoyourbody #traumainformed #bodyawareness by @myembodiedpath
Your nervous system is always speaking. it isn’t working against you it’s trying to protect you when things show up in your body. This is your invitation to listen, to slow down, to make space. When you do things begin to shift in ways you might not expect. It’s about quieting the noise so you can hear what’s really going on 🧡 #nervoussystemawareness #embodiedhealing #listentoyourbody #slowdownandfeel by @myembodiedpath

You don’t have to hold it all. You might not even realise how much you’ve been holding in your body. A lot of what we’ve been through can be held in the hips, and stress often settles in the shoulders. This work supports you in moving it, both energetically and by physically easing tension in the body. You don’t have to carry it alone here. #releaseandtension #embodiedhealing #letitgo by @myembodiedpath
