Wrapping up my last season reflecting on all the sunrises and sunsets that brought me here. Entering this new season quiet in spirit, but loud in Faith.

I kick off every October Aka #MYTober running #therace 💚❤️🖤 the realest race on earth.
This year was different because I had an ankle injury. But bad news for my ankle when I decided I was not injured. 🙉🤪

So, I decided to experience it differently:

- Stopped for a dance break w/a roadside DJ 💃🏿

In case you needed a reminder…🖤🖤

- I stopped to hydrate, but that mimosa stop was essential. 🥂✨ #pinkrobe

- Grabbed pompoms and cheered with the cheerleaders 📣

Linked up w/some V.I.Peeps 🇻🇮

- Celebrated w/my TFC gym fam💪🏾

Represented my big bro RasI #awoh

For me, it’s all about the little things.
I wanted to take a moment to celebrate the experiences curated for The Race runners, soaking it all in and leaving my mark of joy along the way. 💚❤️🖤

When I first moved to Georgia, I really wanted to have a High Tea experience and asked my daughters if they’d join me. Back then they thought it wasn’t so cool- lol, and neither was interested.
Fast-forward a few years, and @taliahnoir surprised me by taking me for High Tea on Mother’s Day. That’s my “Sweet T”—always so kind and thoughtful, making moments special.
