Dear @lagosstategovt, are you aware that many real estate agents charge up to a 20 percent fee each for Agreement and Commission from renters in Lagos?@lagosstategovt , are you aware that many Real Estate Agents are charging up to 20 percent fee each for Agreement and Commission from renters in Lagos.

For instance, an apartment whose annual rent is N2,000,000 is slammed with a N400,000 for Agreement fee and N400,000 for Commission. This is aside the Caution Fee and Service Charge charged.

Sirs, this is madness!

The Lagos State Real Estate Agency Regulatory Authority stipulates 10 percent for each, but the agents are moving mad already.

This should not be allowed to continue; there should be avenue to report eering and greedy agents.

On Friday, 24th July, 2026, we executed #REPPS8 - the 8th edition of Gbagada Community Reach-out project to the outstanding pupils and teachers of 3 public primary schools across Gbagada:
-Ifako Nursery and Primary School
-Kinihun Ifa Primary School
-Gbagada Primary Schools

As planned, the best three pupils of Primary 1-6 were given cash prizes to motivate better performance in their academics. A teacher, from each school, was given a plaque and cash prize of N10,000 for being the Most Outstanding Teacher for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The project, as always, is anticipated across the schools by the pupils, teachers and parents.

Special thanks to all our donors for always supporting this laudable initiative: @jideadewinle, @opeyemiojoo, @fitables, @mffwholesale and Remi Ottun's friends.

To God be all the glory. by @mygbagada
