HomeiGo is coming.

60 days.

No soft launch. No drawn-out rollout. We’re building it and dropping it.

As the CEO of mygoodagent, this is my next move.

Let’s be real. Consumers don’t trust realtors the way they used to. That’s why they go to Zillow. They want control, transparency, and to feel like they’re not being sold.

So instead of fighting that, we’re building for it.

HomeiGo is our answer. A clean, Zillow-like experience that pulls people into our ecosystem instead of sending them somewhere else. Not mgarealty.com. Something built for how people actually search, browse, and move today.

The real estate process is messy because people made it that way. Too many steps, too many middle layers, too much nonsense.

We’re cutting through it.

Buy. Sell. Move. Done.

No pretending. No overcomplicating it. Just something that actually makes sense.

What a night.

Our team came together at Elicit Brewing Company to celebrate the wins, recognize the people behind the deals, and show appreciation for the culture that makes our community stronger. Awards, laughs, great food, and even better people.

Moments like this remind me that success is never built alone. It’s built by a room full of driven people pushing each other forward. Proud of this crew and excited for what we’re building next. 🔥🏆

🍎🖍️ OUR HOME SWEET HOME COLORING CONTEST IS STILL GOING! 🏡❤️

Mother Nature caused us to move and downsize our Apple Festival this weekend, which meant not as many of our little artists got a chance to stop by the Riccio Team 💚 table.

So we’re bringing the coloring fun HOME! 🏡🎨

Kids can still enter for a chance to win a $50 Family Movie Night Gift Card! 🍿🎬

🖍️ HOW TO ENTER:

1️⃣ SAVE & PRINT IT
Save and print the blank Home Sweet Home coloring page included in this post. If your child already picked one up at the Apple Festival, they can use that one!

2️⃣ COLOR IT
Let your child get creative with crayons, colored pencils, markers or paint. 🎨

This is an old-fashioned coloring contest — we want to see your child’s own creativity! ❤️ No AI-generated or digitally colored entries, please.

3️⃣ SNAP IT & SHARE IT
When they’re finished, a parent or guardian should submit the entry on the child’s behalf by taking a photo of the completed coloring page and sharing it on:

📘 Facebook: Tag Riccio Team
📸 Instagram: Tag @riccioteam

❤️ Please also use the hashtag:
#RiccioTeamColoringContest

👉 IMPORTANT: Please make sure you TAG US when you post the picture so we can find your child’s entry and make sure it gets entered into the drawing!

If you’d rather not make a separate post, you can also post a photo of the finished coloring page in the comments under this post. We’ll count that as an entry too! ❤️

👩‍🎨 And what about the grown-ups?
We’ve already discovered that some adults want to color too! 😂 Adults are absolutely welcome to print a page, color it and tag us so we can see their creations. However, the $50 Family Movie Night drawing is for our kid artists. 🧒👧❤️

📅 Entries must be received by Sunday, October 4, 2026.
🏆 One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible children’s entries and announced Monday, October 5!

So grab the crayons, markers and colored pencils and show us your HOME SWEET HOME! 🍎🏡🖍️

From storage space to a fully functional gym right inside our Milford, Connecticut office. 💪

At mygoodagent, we believe success goes beyond real estate. It’s about health, wealth, and mindset.

Weight has been a personal struggle of mine for the last six to eight years, so this is something I genuinely believe in. When you take care of your body and strengthen your mindset, it carries into every part of your life and business.

This space is another investment in our people, our culture, and becoming better together.

✨ $60 MILLION+. 500+ FAMILIES. NEARLY TWO DECADES OF RESILIENCE. 🏡🤍

Today, we’re celebrating a milestone that means so much more to us than a number.

The Riccio Team at mygoodagent, formerly Riccio Realty & REO Associates, has officially surpassed $60,000,000 in real estate sold and has had the privilege of serving more than 500 families across the entire state of Connecticut.

These are our lifetime results since we began in 2008.

But when we look back at these years, we don’t just see transactions, closings, and sales.

We see life.

We’ve celebrated incredible highs, but we’ve also walked through some of life’s hardest seasons — including the loss of several loved ones in our family, Stacy’s breast cancer diagnosis, and a global pandemic that changed life and business as we knew it.

There were moments when continuing forward wasn’t easy.

But we did.

We are resilient.
We are grateful.
And most importantly, we are blessed. 🤍

Through every season, God has given us the strength, grace, and perseverance to keep moving forward.

All glory belongs to God. 🙏🏼✨

To our past, present, and future clients: THANK YOU!

Thank you for trusting us with some of the biggest decisions of your lives. Thank you for your referrals, your friendships, your support, and for allowing us to be part of your stories.

Because behind $60M+ sold are more than numbers.

There are 500+ families, 500+ stories, and countless memories that we will forever be grateful for! 🏡❤️

We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come — and even more excited for what God has in store for the future.

Here’s to continuing to serve Connecticut families, one home and one relationship at a time.

All Glory to God!! 🙏🏼
And thank you for being part of our journey.
