A little reminder for wherever you are in your journey. 💭👇

The right people can make the heavy things feel lighter.
Consistency matters more than intensity.
Healing takes time.
And sometimes, what feels like a setback is actually part of your transformation.

Save this for the days you need a gentle reminder. ✨

A business can’t run on autopilot if every decision still has to come back to you.

Give your team clear boundaries, trust them to act, and build systems that make good decisions repeatable:

1. Bring me the problem and your best solution.
2. If it costs under $500, make the call.
3. Done is better than perfect, unless it’s client-facing.
4. Write it down the second time you do it.
5. Tell me what you decided, not what you’re deciding.
6. Own the outcome, not just the task.
7. If a client asks for me, ask how you can help first.
8. Mistakes need a fix and a lesson.
9. If you fix something, update the system.

The goal isn’t to disappear. It’s to stop being the bottleneck so your team can do great work with confidence.

Save this for your next team meeting and share it with a leader who’s ready to delegate with more clarity.
