Black Lives Matter. Scrutiny, Education, Planning, and Action; addressing systemic racism. We are extremely fortunate to have access to so many teachers in the global Black community that are compassionate, brave, and still willing to work together to build a better future! Do your research, listen, be equally as compassionate, be equally as brave, and take action! It’s time to start addressing on all levels that opportunities are far from equal and come stacked with centuries of oppression. If the Canadian Government can figure out how to build a bailout structure, in a matter of weeks, that has addressed so many people and businesses in need, we can surely make changes in our own lives and businesses that speak to injustice immediately. Speak up and fight for what is right, in every instance. Small changes (personal circles), big changes (system reform, especially police), and from here on out, only changes for a better future where love and people are first. Black Lives Matter. by @mykal.co
