First generation 🎓 B.S. Public Health

Where do I start? I just need to say I thank God for giving me such a loving and supportive family. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t be here today.

I want to give a special shout-out to my mom, to a mother who had me at 14 years old and sacrificed everything to raise me. Not to mention, raising me in a single-parent household at a young age wasn’t easy either. You have always believed in me, never giving up on me, and I love you for that. Washington DC Hyrox ✔️

Happy with it, not satisfied with it. We left time out there and we know exactly where. Back to the drawing board. we’re coming back faster.

First Pro Doubles Race 🕺🏾

Got to do it with my dawg! Our first race together but definitely not our last. A great experience for us both.

I learned that I gotta train harder on sled push and pull. I felt great throughout the race. Was trying to get my dawg sub 60 for his first race but we just missed it.

Myke found out the hard way that this shit isn’t easy 🤣 but I’m proud of my brudda fasho! He definitely left it ALL out on the course.
