Hey everyone! I’m excited to announce that I’m launching my online personal training business.

My focus is on creating a positive and motivating environment where people can build strength, improve fitness, and feel more confident in themselves. I’d love the opportunity to be part of your fitness journey and help you achieve your goals.

I’ve had the privilege of helping these legends chase their goals and we’re only getting started. Have a look at the progress and transformations they’ve achieved so far.

If you’re interested in training with me or want more information, feel free to reach out via DM or visit the link in my bio! by @mykeeell

WHAT I ATE ON BUSINESS CLASS ✈️ 🌎🍗🥗

Recently I was lucky enough to fly business class from Sydney to Vancouver 🇦🇺🇨🇦.

May be hard to believe but I actually tried to keep it tame but here is everything I ate.

A love story for the ages.

.
Over the weekend, I had the honour of capturing my beautiful friends Mykel and Janelle become one 🤍

Their love radiated through every moment. In the laughter, in the old memories retold and the new ones being made, and in every soul that came together to celebrate them. The whole weekend was a testament to the love they share and the love they pour into everyone around them.

What a time. taken in Greyleigh by @mykeeell
