And that’s a wrap on an unforgettable freshman year! It was a long, challenging, but incredibly rewarding indoor & outdoor season. I'm grateful for every lesson, every challenge, and everyone who helped me get through it. I’m especially thankful for the opportunity to compete in hurdles, jumps, relays, and the 400m this season.A few highlights…Indoor• US #1 Freshman Triple Jump• NC Freshman All-Time: #1 60mH & TJ | #2 400m & 55mH• 4× State Champion + Team Champs• State MVP | 500m & 4×400 Meet Records• Adidas National Champion (60mH Nat'l Elite & 400m Freshman)Outdoor• NC Freshman All-Time: #1 100mH & 300mH | #2 400mH• 4× State Champion + Team Champs• State MVP | 4×400 Meet Record• New Balance Freshman National Champion (100mH & 400mH)• US 1 Freshman – 100mH & 400mH📚 I also finished my freshman year in the classroom with a 4.33 GPA!A huge thank you to my family, teammates, coaches, and everyone who's supported me in my first year of HS. None of this would have been possible without you. My first outdoor HS State Championship was an unforgettable experience!! I was State Champ in all 4 of my events...100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, Triple Jump, and 4x400 (where we set a new 2A meet record). Both our Corvian girls & boys teams were meet Champs, and I got the meet MVP award!!So thankful for my amazing teammates and Coaches. National Championship season loading... by @mylan.clay

My freshman HS indoor track season officially came to an end last weekend at Adidas Indoor Nationals. I had some great competition and met some amazing new friends. I finished :- 1st in National Elite 60m hurdles (8.69, new meet record!!)- 1st in Freshman 400m (56.37, NC #3 indoor)- 3rd in National Elite Triple Jump (38'-4)Let the outdoor season begin! by @mylan.clay

My first High School Indoor State Championship was an incredible experience!! I finished State Champ (and PR'ed) in all 4 of my events, broke two 1A/2A State records, our girls finished 1-2-3 in hurdles, our boys & girls were meet State Champs...and I finished with meet MVP!! So thankful for my amazing teammates and Coaches.Outdoor season loading... by @mylan.clay
