With Manchester City looking like the charges have given them extra motivation, is potentially relegating them out of the Premier League really the right choice?

Not only would the level of football they play be missed, but with so many clubs across the football pyramid relying so much on the potential earnings available with promotion, is relegating City making things harder for the rest of the pyramid? taken in Times Square, New York City by @mylesoffit

Cristiano Ronaldo is destroying his legacy!

Last week he stormed out of the Portugal squad and this week he’s releasing statements that only make him look worse! He’s undoubtedly one of the greatest to ever play the game, but does his legacy mean more than what’s best for the national team? If Jorge Jesus decides that the game doesn’t call for you to come on that doesn’t mean that you’ve been lied to, it means that the manager has made a decision that he believes is best for the team.

The first international break is fully underway and I hate it!

When the World Cup, Euros, AFCON and any other international tournament are on, I’m locked in but these glorified friendlies aren’t it.

Surely I can’t be the only one? by @mylesoffit

Manchester City being found guilty of 114 of 115 charges they were accused of has shaken up football this week, but does that mean that we can’t acknowledge the football that we saw on the pitch?

If they’re stripped of their titles will we still remember the moments or are they tainted forever? by @mylesoffit

5 games played and Manchester City are top of the premier league table, but how have a team who have won 5 out of 5 games and scored 13 goals still not looked convincing?

With Maresca winning even when his team don’t look convincing on the pitch, can things only get better from here? by @mylesoffit

Brighton have started the premier league season off on fire!

It’s early days but the signs look good.

Top 4 ✅
Top scorers ✅
Pulled the champions to shreds ✅

But how have they started so well and how long can it last? by @mylesoffit

Manchester United have had a tough 7 days! Losing to 10 men in the Manchester derby & throwing away a 2-0 lead in the league cup against Brighton are just more disappointments in a pretty poor season so far.

The pressure is on for Carrick but what does sacking him actually change? Is Carrick the reason that Utd haven’t lifted a premier league trophy since Fergie left? Or do the problems run deeper? by @mylesoffit

Spurs might have scored in the league cup, but in the premier league they’re still looking to open their account!

The heavy amount spent in the summer almost totalling £500,000,000 doesn’t look like it’s worked so far but why can’t Spurs score? by @mylesoffit

Newcastle may have faced their first loss of the premier league season but that doesn’t mean they’ve not looked impressive.

A team that a lot of people thought might struggle due to key players leaving in the summer, they’ve bounced straight back with Jaissle breathing new life into players who looked down and out. by @mylesoffit

This Manchester Derby was big!

Manchester United ended last season strong but have started the new premier league season poorly, whilst Manchester City have started off the season with a perfect record but have looked a shadow of their true selves.

This derby is an opportunity to lay down a marker and truly decide if Manchester is red or blue. by @mylesoffit

Hull have taken the premier league by storm!

Their first 3 games have seen them face 2 of the leagues top 4 from last season as well as newly promoted rivals and still, they haven’t conceded a single goal. How and why have Hull looked so good? by @mylesoffit

Manchester United’s premier league start hasn’t gone how most expected. 4 points in 3 games against 2 newly promoted sides and one who haven’t finished in the top half since the 20/21 season isn’t good enough.

But is there a missing piece in that can solve the midfield issue? by @mylesoffit
