ALBUM RELEASE DAY!! Today marks the release of my album “Wild Animals” on all streaming platforms! (Link in bio/comments)

Please give it a listen!! If ya like it, maybe pass it along to a friend or two…

This project began as me writing songs for bass and voice nearly 10 years ago. I set out with the goal of being able to entertain with just my bass and my voice, playing songs that I wrote. This group of songs was all written 2017 - 2022. Over the pandemic I began fleshing them out, recording and playing all the instruments myself. They grew and evolved. I added Jim Kolacek on drums and percussion. Jim really, really helped bring these songs to life, as did Justin Tocket mixing em up for me.
I love songwriting and all it encompasses. Dreaming up these lil songs lyrically and musically, and working to achieve a cohesive combination of those elements, is probably the most fulfilling thing I’ve experienced artistically. I have been very inspired by the songwriters and friends that I have had the great joy of working with. I hope y’all find some joy in this!

Special thanks to Joe and Barb Boyd for helping bring this to life!!!

Thank you Jim Kolacek, Justin Tocket, Andrew Duhon, Scott Sibley, Justin Weeks, Magan Leonards, Mom and Dad, Lauren Davis, Eric Lindell, Ben Lorio, Max Zemanovic, and all others who offered kind words and support.

My new single “On the Mend” is out now!
LINK IN BIO/COMMENT SECTION!

I began my musical journey primarily as an instrumentalist studying classical and jazz. I still love to put a bow on that bass. But ya know … I was listening to Willie Nelson the whole time. I’ve always loved songs and songwriters. From bands with my buddies as a kid to backing up songwriters now, I have had some great times. These songs I’ve written and am now releasing are heavily influenced by my travels and the experiences along the way. Hope y’all enjoy!
