Starting off the month with a new series: Stranger Things September!

Here is my Lego recreation of the iconic poster for the first season from 10 years ago! Don’t know where Will has vanished to but our fearless trio of Mike, Lucas and Dustin are on the case!

Featuring Mike Wheeler, Lucas Sinclair and Dustin Henderson from the LEGO Upside Down set along with multicolored bicycles from seasonal polybags and a little photo magic to make it all come to life!

Stay tuned the rest of the month for more Stranger Bricks, I mean, Stranger Things September!

That’s a wrap on Stranger Things September! Thanks to all who followed along with my posts over the past month! This has been a fun chance for me to push my creative boundaries and share photos and stories that I love with my followers, however many or few of you are out there! I’m excited for the start of October and spooky season is officially here now! As for our friends in Hawkins, they too have many journeys ahead, so I’m sure this isn’t the last we’ll see of them.

Should I do a new theme for October? What would you like to see? Let me know in my DMs or in the comments below!

Stranger Things September the epic conclusion!

Just when it seemed all was well, Will was back home safe having Christmas dinner with the his family, anticipating what he’s certain is an Atari under the Christmas tree! Jonathan was enjoying his new camera (a gift from Nancy and Steve), and Joyce has her family back safe home together, Will excuses himself to wash up, when he has a sudden coughing fit and coughs out a tiny little slug looking creature into the bathroom sink. The creature slides down the drain and the surrounding bathroom flashes to an upside down version of itself before returning to normal. Perhaps Will has brought some of the Upside Down home as an unwanted souvenir? Only time will tell!

Stranger Things September the epic conclusion!

Fully thinking that there was no chance of success or survival, Dr. Brenner lets Joyce and Hopper venture into the upside down through the portal to try to find Will. But due to the monster hunting actions of Nancy and Jonathan, and the battle at Hawkins Middle School, their path is safe from the Demogorgon and they locate Will, with a tentacle sort of vine in his mouth. Removal of the vine and CPR get his lungs going and miraculously, Will is found and brought home to Hawkins, alive!

Stranger Things September the epic conclusion!

Drained from using her powers, Eleven and the boys take refuge in a classroom, but it’s not long before the Demogorgon finds them too. After Lucas’s wrist rocket fails to neutralize the enemy it is Eleven who slams the monster up against the blackboard. She uses every last bit of her strength to banish the monster from the spot, disappearing with it and telling the boys goodbye. Her heroic sacrifice has saved the boys and many more! Will we ever see her again? She can’t be gone for good, right?

Stranger Things September, the epic conclusion!

Eleven and the boys are found by the bad men at the middle school, but Eleven uses her powers to fight them off. The blood draws the Demogorgon away from the Byers house toward the school where Dr. Brenner is attacked by the monster, seemingly ending his schemes.

These Bad Men are all custom figures, although the two Hawkins lab security look like they could be taking a day off from their shift at Arkham Asylum perhaps?

Stranger Things September - The epic conclusion!

Steve comes over to the Byers house to apologize to Jonathan, but oh boy does he get more than he bargained for! Before long he is threatened at gun point and told to leave, but then barges back in to take up his now infamous bat with nails, and give the Demogorgon a proper beating, protecting Nancy and Jonathan and completing his redemption arc.

Stranger Things September continues! The gang determines that Eleven might be able to find Will in “the bath”. They build her a sensory deprivation tank in Hawkins Middle School and she uses her powers amplified in the tank to locate him, hiding in Castle Byers, and he says to “hurry” (also sorry about Barb… she’s gone)

Stranger Things September continues! Apologies for the interruption and not posting for a few days, sometimes life gets in the way and Legos have to come second.

Steve Harrington, humbled after his fight with Jonathan Byers realizes that Tommy and Carol are miserable and goes back to clean up the vandalism and set things right with Nancy, and also Jonathan.

“She’s our friend and she’s crazy!”

Stranger Things September continues!

Dustin and Mike were getting bullied by this mouth breather Troy and his stupid crony, and the bullies were threatening to carve out Dustin’s baby teeth when out from around the corner, it’s Eleven to the rescue! Thinking about messing with the party? Think again! Peeing your pants and a broken arm? …not a good look Troy.

What other Stranger Things would you like to see this month? Let me know in the comments!
