What a treasure it is to be fully alive. Present with all shapes, colors and forms of living.

To not hide or escape.
To not run from what life is showing me and inviting me into.
To surrender and be guided through the initiations.
To deepen my liberation through each expression.
To find wholeness and acceptance in duality.
To come back to myself and Great Spirit time and time again.

We are moving in the year of the fire horse, but many of us are still moving through the shedding of the snake.
Gently and powerfully releasing old identities, layers, beliefs and illusions while the strength of the horse is steadily growing in our core.

Letting go of what is not in alignment with who we’re becoming. Braving the consequences of it. Making space for what’s to come.

Slowly learning what it actually means to rest. Not simply taking the minimal amount of time to “recover” and move on, but to deeply feel into what my body needs and how to move accordingly.

I notice that my body starts singing without a given que, simply to regulate and express. Taking walks to reset my mind and to appreciate that my body CAN walk. Can listen, can touch, feel, hear, taste, receive, let go… Making myself decent meals, trying new recipes, enjoying the little things.

I wrap myself in blankets and the allowance to not DO, and take time in the hammock even though there’s dishes awaiting me. In time, cleanliness and clarity wash over me ánd my dirty plates. And when it does, it is much more delightful, less forced. Studying the gentler ways these days as part of my “always ON” detox.

Grateful for how the veil is lifted on many of my automatic responses in life, circumstances, relationships, mindset. Grateful for how awareness makes space for opportunity. For how chosen rest makes space for curiosity and willingness to change.

2025 was a deeply transformative year for me.

✨ I contributed to projects that excited me and offered me fertile ground to grow in.
✨ I was seen and invited to take space in ways I didn’t know I was ready for.
✨ I found myself in several heart-warming communities, teaching me again and again how important and enlivening community living is to me.
✨ Through internships and trainings I fine-tuned what resonates in my professional life (and what doesn’t).
✨ I sat in ceremony. Prayed with family. Shared my voice.
✨ Started offering @enrootmentmethod sessions which brought immense value and magic to my life.
✨ Gave movement, sound, breath, space to what was ready to be released.
✨ Found salvation in nature.
✨ Was introduced to spiritual teachings that deeply touch me.
✨ Went through intense and positively life-changing experiences.
✨ Saw dreams materialize.
✨ Felt my body, mind, heart and soul heal on deeper layers.

Made music, spent wonderful times around Grandfather Fire, got my drivers license, travelled, shared laughter and shed tears with loved ones, deepened my relationship to Great Spirit, and was blessed to witness my circle of loved ones expand in numerous ways.

♥️ I thank all of you for enriching my life with joy, wisdom, belonging, purpose and much more...

2025 cleared space for the magic that’s continuing to unfold in 2026. All roads are open. Endless possibilities ready to be unlocked and embodied.

I give thanks for my life and look ahead with curiosity, trust and willingness.

Letting all the blessings of these last months settle down on me like the kisses of rain on a summer’s night. Eager to soak in all the beauty and wisdom that I have been gifted.

Last week I celebrated the beginning of my 25th year of life - a whole new cycle filled with surprises, challenges and dreams coming through and true. ✨💛

This post is an ode to all the diverse versions that I am — from (even before) birth to present. It’s a reflection on the dualities that have shaped me: healthy and unwell, empowered and unsure, open and guarded, abundant and scarce. The pendulum is my ever present teacher, swinging me into extremes so I can learn to find my way back to center.

More than anything, this is a tribute to my inner child. Welcoming little Amparo back home. She reminds me that true safety and acceptance begin within. I’m learning to hold more of her, and the stories she once carried alone.

I am deeply grateful to the ones that came before me. Feeling humbled and in awe of how living their life in that particular order led to the cultivation of mine.

Grateful that my life gets to be a stage for blessings - for becoming more rich and flavorful each year.

Gifting grief the space it needs and simultaneously practicing to choose love over fear. Slowly learning to be led by the heart.

Grateful for all that is making its way to me. Grateful for everything that is shifting and shaping. Grateful for all the beautiful people I am surrounded with and get to learn from. Grateful for how Earth is my sanctuary and how I am finding my way home.
