The NHD report could allow for a right to rescind, yikes! 🫣 if you don’t know what that means, watch this video! if you have a listing and haven’t ordered your NHD report, order it now.. with me! 😜 There’s no charge upfront, and you can deliver the NHD report promptly when you open escrow with no surprises. by @mynhdwithv
