I devoured this book! I loved this enemies to lovers twist on the little mermaid. All the characters are intriguing and I can’t wait to dive more into their storylines to better understand their intentions. I enjoyed reading about Maren and I just know she is going to become even more of a bad a$$ and I’m here for it!! As soon as I finished this book I had to dive into book 2. So I highly recommend you have book 2 ready on hand towards the end of book 1. I listened to the audio and loved it. The narrators did an amazing job!

I loved this novella. I was so excited for Chloe and Farah’s story. Two strong stunning women that I loved in the previous book are finally getting the spotlight. I enjoyed the riddles, new characters, and court intrigue. Also who doesn’t love some deadly trials?

This book has me spiraling and feeling the need to reread the entire series before the next book comes out. I have so many theories and I can’t wait to get answers to my questions. This book has me so pumped to be destroyed by the next book in the series. Thank you @authoremilyk so much for this arc. This amazing novella will be released on August 11th

Ahhhhhhh, I loved this book. An amazing follow up to Smoke and Scar. I alway love the banter and witty quips with the perfect amount of sarcasm. Small spoiler but we finally get some much needed spice. Gretchen is too good at playing with my emotions, this book once again had me cheering and screaming!!! I needed the next book asap but it hasn’t even come out yet. Thank you so much for the ARC. I can’t wait to receive the stunning trad physical copy on release day, August 11th.
