Honestly? We thought the #neuschwansteincastle was going to be bigger. It was definitely bigger on the inside.

When you are about to turn on to the interstate, and you get a panicked, all-caps text from your ride-or-die friend saying to turn around, go back into town to a little family owned diner, and order a specific meal. So of course I do. I talked it over with my waitress, opted for the Diet Pepsi vs the obligatory milkshake (still a two hour drive ahead) but that would leave room for the root beer ice cream. You read that correctly. Also - met the super awesome gentleman as we arrived, owner of this truck, which - of course - he and his wife bought new and yes, it’s all stock and all original, to include the wood panels in the truck bed. That’s a mighty fine truck you have there, sir, is the only appropriate greeting I know for these situations. It seems to be acceptable. by @myprofessorrides

And I’ll tell ya, the @idaho_potato_museum was absolutely fantastic. Dope as hell. ⓾ / ⓾

“But what if your neuro-divergent friends aren’t all into potatoes?”
“Fine. We’ll have an actual train arrive as you arrive. Will that work for you?”
“Uh… yeah.”
Actual train arrived and then departed as I was parking and then going into the museum. Thanks. Cool as hell.

“Will you remember where you parked?”
“You’re gonna forget we parked next to the giant baked potato?”
“Well… no…”

Should out to the maintenance guy working to fix the one toilet in the men’s room who still let me sneak in and use the urinal. Whole bathroom was blocked as closed for maintenance but he did not hesitate to okay me sneaking in to take a leak. Rules schmools. taken in Idaho Potato Museum by @myprofessorrides
