MyProxi didn’t just come from an idea
it came from real Lagos stress 😭
The more I struggled with everyday errands, the more I realized how much people needed a safer, faster, more reliable system.
That’s why I’m building this.

Concierges and dispatch riders are NOT the same thing.
MyProxi uses verified concierges for human errands, multi-step tasks, sensitive pickups, and everyday Lagos runs.
Dispatch riders only handle straight deliveries.

With MyProxi, your money doesn’t go directly to anyone.
It stays safely with us.

Here’s how it works 👇🏽
When a user places an errand request, the total amount (shopping budget + service charge) is moved into escrow — meaning MyProxi holds the money while the errand is being run.
This protects both sides.
For errands that involve shopping, the runner uses their own money to make the purchase, while the user’s funds remain secured in escrow.
Once the errand is completed and confirmed, the funds are released automatically.

Why this works:
• Users are protected — no one can run away with your money
• Runners are protected — payment is already secured
• The system stays fair, structured, and accountable
It’s also important to know that not all errands involve shopping.

Some errands don’t require any purchase at all — document runs, pickups, deliveries, returns, queues, and more.

And for runners, using your money for a shopping errand is an investment — one that can yield a return in 20 minutes, 30 minutes, or however long the errand takes.

Safe. Transparent. Thoughtfully built.
This is how MyProxi works. 💙
