Dear Lilly,

I can hardly find the words to express how devastated I am by your passing. It feels surreal to think that just last night, at 10:59 PM, the world lost one of its brightest stars. You were only 17, yet you lived your life with such passion and purpose that it felt like you had experienced a lifetime in those brief years.

I often think back to all the moments we shared. The endless laughter, the secrets, the days that seemed so simple yet meant everything. Remembering those conversations that we would share every thought with eachother. You had a way of making me feel understood, reminding me that I wasn’t alone in this crazy world. Your laughter was contagious, and your smile could light up even the darkest days.

You were not just a friend; you were a sister, a role model, and a source of inspiration. Your kindness and compassion for others were unmatched. You had this incredible ability to see the good in everyone, even when they couldn’t see it in themselves.

I keep replaying our memories in my mind, those nights at addisons house, the endless hours we spent talking about everything and nothing, and the times we supported each other through tough moments. You had a unique perspective on life that made even the worst feel magical. You showed me how to embrace every moment and to find joy in the little things.

It’s hard to accept that I won’t see you again, that I won’t hear your voice or share another laugh. The world feels emptier without you in it. I know you touched so many lives, and your legacy will live on in all of us who were lucky enough to know you. You inspired us to be better, to love harder, and to cherish every moment.

I promise to carry your memory with me always. I will honor you by living my life to the fullest, just as you did. I will share our stories, laugh at our inside jokes, and keep your spirit alive in my heart. You may be gone, but you will never be forgotten.

Rest in paradise, Lilly. You are loved beyond everything , and while your time with us was far too short, the impact you made will last forever. Until we meet again, I’ll hold you close in my heart.
