this season isn’t about being the “perfect” gym girl or suddenly having my life together. it’s about finding my routine again, romanticizing the 5 a.m. mornings, moving because it makes me feel good, and actually enjoying the process.

some days we lift.
some days we walk.
some days we stretch and call it a win.

the goal? make taking care of myself feel like a lifestyle, not a chore.

Nobody warned me about THESE parts of being a “big girl” 👀

It’s not always about loving or hating your body! Sometimes it’s the little things that make you realize how differently you move through the world — from being told what you “should” wear, to the shopping struggle, to becoming way too aware of your body in certain spaces

And honestly? I think we should talk about it…

Because being a bigger girl doesn’t mean we have to wait until we’re smaller to dress cute, take the picture, go out, date, travel, or just LIVE 🤎

It is suddenly the end of September, and seeing how much can change in a year can change..

I went from travelling to being outside and having the time of my life, recovering from a herniated disc & sciatica, to injuring my back again.. and now trying to rebuild back and to what I was before.

It has finally become bearable to sit down for longer than 20 minutes which is still great process for a herniated disc, but it is frustrating to have to think about every move I make ❤️‍🩹

For anyone struggling with this injury, I am here for you and understand it is not talked about enough

Just another big girl being “fat and lazy” 😜

I think the narrative that “bigger” people are fat and lazy it literally the most mind blowing thing to me…

I have NEVER been skinny & probably will never be & have never been lazy a day in my life and I know so many women who are the same..

Don’t let the number on the scale, or the size on tag deter you from putting in the work!

here are a few movements that have been helping my herniated disc & sciatica flare up ✨

First of all I want to preface by saying please do these are your own pace.. this is my second flare up the first time this happened I was not back in the gym for 6 months, this time around it was 3 weeks!

These are a few forms of movement that have been helping.. I find when I move even if it’s for 5 minutes it would help me rather than being bedridden!

-walking (even if it’s for 2 minutes)
-cat cow
-hip stretches
-McKenzie method
-child’s pose
-nerve flossing

A Day in the Life of a Content Creator ;spend the morning with me edition ✨

Today I finally got back into the gym at 5am which was an absolute STRUGGLE , but we got it done!

I then had a styling session with @Penningtons to try out their jeans , I tried some on I did not think would suit me but turns out they were cutie!

75 HARD CHALLENGE: DONE 🥹

75 days of discipline, consistency, workouts, reading, water, and pushing myself outside my comfort zone!

This 75 Hard journey definitely didn’t go how I expected. My back injury changed a lot of my workouts, and I had to learn that sometimes discipline means slowing down, modifying the plan, and listening to your body…

Did I get the exact 75 Hard weight loss results or transformation I wanted? No…

But I gained something better: proof that I can stay consistent even when things don’t go according to plan. 🤍

75 Hard results aren’t just physical. The mindset shift, healthy habits, confidence, and discipline are the real transformation
Now onto the next chapter. ✨

Spend the day with us downtown Toronto at the CNE 🤍

It definitely took us two hours to get downtown and find parking, but once we got there it was so worth it ✨

I didn’t try any of the foods everyone was talking about I couldn’t bring myself to do it 😭

But it was still fun
