You missed birthdays, milestones, school events, sleepless nights, and some of the most important moments of your child's life… but somehow you've got ALL the answers when it comes to raising somebody else's?! 🤔💯

THE AUDACITY! 🗣️

It's easy to criticize a parent who's showing up when you never had to carry the responsibility of being present yourself!

Your child didn't need your opinions. They needed your PRESENCE! 💔

Before you start correcting how another parent raises their child, ask yourself one question…

DID I GIVE MY OWN CHILD THE PARENT I EXPECT EVERYBODY ELSE TO BE?! 🎯

Having a child makes you a biological parent. SHOWING UP makes you an active one! 👏🏾

WHO THE HELL GAVE YOU THE POWER TO VALIDATE ME AS A FATHER? 🤬🔥💯

People can have their opinions. 🗣️
People can give you advice. 💭
People can criticize your decisions. 👀
People can even question the way you parent.

But THEY DON’T GET TO VALIDATE YOUR FATHERHOOD. 🚫💯

As a father, it starts with the man staring back at you in the mirror. 🪞👨🏾‍👦🔥

Are you present?
Are you accountable?
Are you learning?
Are you correcting your mistakes?
Are you giving your child the best version of YOU? 💪🏾❤️‍🔥

Because validation from everybody else means NOTHING if you can't look yourself in the mirror and respect the father you've become. 🎯

Stop allowing someone else's opinion to determine your worth as a dad. 🗣️🚫

Being your child’s superhero isn’t about wearing a cape. 🦸🏾‍♂️ It’s about SHOWING UP. 💯

It’s being there when they’re scared. Being present when they win. Picking them up when they fall. Teaching them, protecting them, loving them, and creating memories they’ll carry forever. ❤️🙏🏾

Your child may grow up admiring athletes, celebrities, and superheroes… but there’s something powerful about knowing DAD was their first hero. 👨🏾‍👧‍👦🔥

It really triggers something, having people you grew up with not reach out or support you along your journey of growth, but they like, share, and follow all the 🐂 💩 ..I guess that’s the cost of elevation. I’m ok with that and committed to pursuing greatness and leaving more than I came here with.
