⚔️THE FINAL⚔️
Saturday September 26th / 9pm / FREE

Featuring:
QUEENLESS KINGS, MYSECONDLIFE, THE SLUGS AND FÍOR

After 36 bands, 12 heats, 4 semi finals, 2 wildcards and probably a lot of pints, the 2026 Battle of the Bands is almost over. We are blown away every year by the talent and dedication of the bands that enter, and this year is no different. All four of these bands are deserving of first place, but there can only be one winner. So make sure you're here early next Saturday to watch them battle it out for first place and that €1000 cheque 🏆

QUEENLESS KINGS are a high-energy alt-rock outfit from Kerry, with a sound that balances grit with vulnerability. Raw, honest rock and roll for the outsiders, the dreamers, and the family you haven't met yet.

MYSECONDLIFE combines the absurd lyricism of Viagra Boys with the pop sensibilities of The Cure, all wrapped up and delivered through the raw explosive energy of the Pixies.

THE SLUGS delivers high-energy riff-driven alt-rock with a sharp emotional edge. Their sound fuses the grit and swagger of Queens of the Stone Age and the melodic punch of Catfish and the Bottlemen, creating a taut, livewire tension that defines their identity.

FÍOR are a heavy rock n roll band from Cork, whose influences go from the Beatles to Slayer. They weave a sonic tapestry that blends the raw energy of hard rock with punk. by @mysecondlifeband

⚔️BOTB FINALISTS⚔️

What a night! MySecondLife are now the second band to go through to the finals later this month! The judges are blown away by their raw energy and diverse yet distinctive sound. They had the room shaking, and it was decided they deserved a place in the finals. Congrats guys!!

The Psychs, Bazookafish and Pinwheel certainly didn't make it easy for the judges either, they all put on an amazing show and packed out the venue. Well done and thank you for taking part.

The next semi final is TONIGHT at 9pm, and admission is FREE! by @mysecondlifeband
