I’m feeling so extremely grateful for all of my people this morning. Friends and family. My tribe. Pieces of my soul. The way everyone is growing and stepping into their next level of embodiment really has me beaming with joy. I’m so blessed to know all of you. Thank you for constantly inspiring me.

ओं मणिपद्मे हूं
to be steady in oneself
is to be in devotion to presence
to know deeply
that everything is nothing
and nothing is everything

and yet here we are constantly given the gift
to create beauty.
and so we do
creation creating.

can you sëë all the beauty
and hear the cries of pain
while the world bleeds
can you hold multiple truths at once.

can u expand your capacity.

the river will keep flowing
will we flow with it
or be a rock that gets morphed by it

or can we be both
because everything is nothing
and nothing is everything
but presence.

will we keep dancing
through joy and pain
through the unknown of existence
knowing very well the more we know
the more we know we don’t know
and so we revel in the mysteries
and follow the music
because sound resonates us back to our soul
the rhythm of our heart of hearts
 because humanity for ancient amounts of time have created symbols
and secrets to understand
the beauty and perfection of life
woven rugs to pray, dance, and eat on
have made recipes from the earth
to taste the beauty of love
it’s all so miraculous
even our tears and grief
because what a gift to feel

and even if we just notice our breath
that is enough
every moment.

a million possibilities in one second.
that is presence
everything
and nothing
as one breath

I breathe in pain, and I breathe out love.

I breathe in the pain in my own life
The pain of the world

I let my heart break open

And I honor all the pain.
The war in Armenia, the Middle East, in every place in the world.
The genocides that have been going on for lifetimes.

And I let it move me.

I honor my ancestors who fought for their lives for me to exist.
For the women who stood up for their rights for me to have it easier. For the ones fighting now.

For this dance, that I can wear what I want. And dance how I want.

And I breathe out love.
I honor the pain.

I let it humble me.

This night my intention was to dance with pain. Missing my baby familiar has been heavy on my heart and when every ounce of me has been wanting fold, life has been asking me to hold it all. My capacity is being stretched. And instead of an old pattern of wanting to shut down in these hard moments, I’m asking myself how do I dance with life even when it’s hard. How do I dance with anger, with pain, with darkness, with sadness.

Dancing with @davidstarfire had been a dream for awhile to. So honored to get to dance for him. 🌙 by @mystic.gitana
