Rehab . Eat . Recover . Repeat - This is life .

Recommending something only feels right when it has genuinely carried you through your toughest routine.
.
This @up.ur.fit hot and cold compression sleeve has been a complete game changer for my recovery especially when icing required multiple times a day, just take it out from freezer - full 360° cold, hands-free compression, and zero mess so I can actually keep moving while I heal.

Hey 👋🏻, to all the new ones here ! So happy you stopped by. 🤍
.
If you’re just joining the journey, welcome! They say “jack of all trades, master of none” but honestly, that’s the entire point. Why pick just one box when life is meant to be tested, tasted, and fully lived?
.
Around here, you’ll find early morning lifts, corporate hustle, sports-mom chaos, and a whole lot of saying “yes” to wild adventures( currently managing setback of ACL injury but the good part of time is , it will pass 😀)
.
If you love staying active, trying new things, and keeping life unpredictable, you’re in great company.

Pure Dopamine- The first day back to my favourite place.
Even if the workout is just mobility and rehab drills, the happiness of putting those headphones back on and walking onto the gym floor is unmatched. It’s just the happiness of being back in the place that keeps my mind sane and my energy high.
.
For the next few more weeks, the game plan is 100% adherence to the rehab protocols laid out by Dr and PT. No hero lifts, no rushing the timeline, just strictly guided recovery work.
.
I couldn’t just do the rehab drills at home. doing those exercises on a couch or bed was draining my spirit and making me feel like a patient. Being in this space flips it totally - the environment, the focus, and that essential mind-muscle connection that was completely missing at home. When you’re rebuilding strength from ground zero, your head needs to be in the game just as much as your body.
.
Sanity restored, foundation rebuilding in progress.

The toughest part of recovery isn’t the knee.
It’s convincing your brain that you can actually trust it again
.
Nobody talks about how hard it is to go from feeling like your peak-self one day, to recovering and coming back from a surgery the next day.
.
Physical clearance is easy. Mental clearance is a whole other surgery. 🧠
Your knee is ready to walk, but your brain is still acting like the stairs are hazard. Unlearning the fear is where the real work begins.
.
But I’m so blessed for the support I have around me.I will be back and I’ll be back better than ever.

Grade 3 ACL tear injury, injured while working out, I spent 4 months doing dedicated physio and rehab to see if conservative healing was viable. I made the call for ACL reconstruction surgery to get back to full athletic performance. Onto the next chapter of recovery.

fit to FAT - why me?

Instead of losing my mind , finding out different creative ways to to workout , coz when injury kills the mobility- starving is the only way to stay in a deficit.

The creative cardio routine - seated battle ropes and seated kettlebell circuits. Pure upper-body burn and cardiovascular drive—zero load on the injured joint.
.
Let the rehab team and time do their job on the injured knee. The rest of me doesn’t have to disappear while it heals.
.
Follow along for more realistic ways to keep moving , and comment your creative ideas of training in recovery. Let’s share ideas and keep each other going.

13 years in the blink of an eye ✨
.
It feels like just yesterday you were running around the living room dragging your floats.
From splashing at the society pool to school team jersey at the Nationals. Same boy, same love for the game, just a much bigger ground.

FOMO hota hai 🫠
.
I was little hesitant about coming back, but I needed to get out, change my environment, and be surrounded by movement and people working toward their own goals.
.
Nothing crazy - just slowly getting my body moving again and trying to be back in normal routine.
.
Recovery doesn’t mean you have to stop everything. Sometimes you just have to find new ways to keep moving forward. .

And friendly reminder clear your moves with your PT/ortho before switching things up—everyone’s timeline is unique.
.
I am at week 7 post op and off braces…
