Today was a milestone for me and for this company. It was the first event I let you carry from start to finish, and I want you to know what that means.

Hebron & Co. is my baby. I’ve had my hands on every detail since day one, and learning to give up control has not come easy. Today you showed me exactly why I can. You owned the plan, you handled what came up, and you delivered at the standard our name stands for without me having to step in.

Your hard work, diligence, and execution were phenomenal. I saw the preparation that went into it, the way you supported each other, and the care you put into every detail. That’s what makes this team special.
It felt so good to trust you and to trust the process we’ve built together. This is what growth looks like, for you and for me, and it opens the door to so much more for all of us.

Well done. I’m so proud of this team and so grateful for each of you.🥹 @kmandrulonis @mytailoredsolution @amyasaree taken in Baltimore Marriott Waterfront by @mytailoredsolution

God is saying stop fretting over the END. I’m ready for a new season. Ecclesiastes 7:8

Seeing one of my favorite rappers in concert was honestly a full circle moment for me. The music brought me right back to earlier years of my life, when I was a young woman growing up around real economic challenges and struggles. Back then, @jeezy and his music gave me motivation and helped me keep pushing forward, even when things felt overwhelming.

Being there with friends made it even better. The energy, the laughs, and just being able to enjoy the moment together meant a lot to me. Now I can look back on both the good and the bad with gratitude, knowing every experience taught me something and helped shape who I am today.

I am proud of the work I have put in, thankful for the growth, and excited about what the future holds. Here is to the next chapter. YOU ARE THE GREATEST PROJECT YOU WILL EVER WORK ON! by @mytailoredsolution
