I believe mental health care should be accessible. That’s why I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots in my practice for clients who need financial flexibility.

If therapy is outside your budget, consider:
• Open Path Collective
• University training clinics
• Community mental health centers
• Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
• Therapists with sliding-scale rates
