🇬🇧 I’m leaving here some pics of the piece I presented to the latest Golden Demon. It ended up being one of many finalists in Single WH40K miniature (crazy category by the way). The event was incredibly amazing, and just going there meant to me accomplishing one of my lifelong dreams!! I’ll be back for sure. I have to say that even though I was a little disappointed of not getting a Commended Entry, I’m VERY satisfied with my work. It was a bold idea that gave me the opportunity to try new things in painting, sculpture and composition. As an easter egg, let’s say that not everything is what it looks like and that this piece hides something that may go unnoticed even for an expert eye. Let’s see if someone finds out before I reveal it in my upcoming posts. I hope you like it and kind regards!

🇬🇧 The past weekend I presented my version of the mercenary goblin by @spiramirabilis_miniatures in the model contest organized by @a.f.miniaturas (thanks to the organisation). I have the pride and satisfaction of having been awarded the gold medal in Fantasy Figures Advanced Level category one more time. I hope you like my version.

It's been a pleasure meeting and speaking with great painters like @aythamialonso @dieguetestudio and @davidarrobaminiatures as well as others.

🇬🇧🇪🇦 RAVNA AVERYN, THE DAUNTLESS VALKYRIE / LA VALKIRIA INTRÉPIDA.
-

🇬🇧 ""Ravna is a young valkyrie in charge of searching for the souls of her brave warriors, who perished in the last battle. But the whimsical threads of destiny have led her to find the mjölnir necklace she gave to her beloved man, all broken and covered in blood... TO BE CONTINUED"" --- PREORDER VERY SOON, STAY TUNED!!!

Design, sculpting (fimo+SS Firm) and painting by Manuel Olivares. Advices by my great friends and family.

This model has been birthed by this long pandemic. It has taught me a lot and it has been a big source of satisfaction (as well as frustration)

Finally, testing the ultra awesome scenery for the Mordheim campaign, courtesy of @mytinydemons 😍😍 (6 months of hard work printing and painting this insane amount of scenery)

Today we had a superfun 4 players game (Pestilen skavens, Beastmens, Norses and Witchhunters) with lots of epic moments, falls from the heighs and Blood 😁😁

Absolutely hyped with this game!

I've recently finished painting this 10 incubi unit for my Drukhari army. I figured it was a good opportunity to try and make a little video showcasing them. Let me know what you think!

🇪🇸Ejercicio con Paleta Zorn
🇬🇧Zorn Palette exercise
-
Has usado alguna vez la paleta Zorn? Qué te ha parecido?
-
🇬🇧 I had been looking forward to test the Zorn palette for a while now. I had this mini lying around and it seemed like a good candidate for a test. The size ended up being a challenge though. It’s not finished painting and I don’t think I’ll ever finish it but it’s served its purpose. I find the Zorn palette very interesting but excessively limited regarding complementary colors. I’ll probably try some variation in the future…
Have you ever tried painting using the Zorn Palette? What are your thoughts about it?
