💛✨✨Last week I had an amazing opportunity to share on an incredible panel Sistas, Say It Louder: Reclaiming Power, Pleasure, and Protection in Black Women’s Health with @doctortfal, @ladeiajoyce, @tamarbraxton, and @KingAmiyahScott during @globalblackeconomicforum at Essence Fest.

This panel was honest, and beautiful, reminding us all of the power of choosing ourselves while also creating safe spaces for other black women to thrive!

🇨🇩🇨🇩🇨🇩Attended My very Professional Soccer Game to support Theee Amazing @teamcongo.rdc ✨✨✨Such an incredible game! They fought hard and played well! I know they will be back again to @fifaworldcup Thank you to her Excellency for having us! I’ve not traditionally been a sports girly but I think I might have found a new love! I have started following the brackets and everything! LOL! 😂Gooooooo Congoooooooo!!!!♥️🇨🇩🇨🇩🇨🇩

When I was studying Political Science (my major) in undergrad, one of my instructors Dr. Mabingwa Nanuzie was from The Democratic Republic of The Congo. He loved his country so much and shared that love with us. This same professor took me on my first trip of many as I was Secretary General of our Model UN Debate Team. Spain, Brazil, Greece and so many countries he took us where I debated in the Harvard World Model UN.💛

Healing happens in community. 💜

I’m honored to join @doctortfal, @ladeiajoyce, @tamarbraxton, and @KingAmiyahScott for an important conversation at the @globalblackeconomicforum at Essence Fest. Sistas, Say It Louder: Reclaiming Power, Pleasure, and Protection in Black Women’s Health is all about Black women’s health, well-being, and the ways we can continue showing up for ourselves and one another.

When we create spaces rooted in truth, compassion, and connection, we make room for growth, healing, and possibility.

I’m grateful to join @GileadSciences and this incredible group of women for a conversation centered on community, wellness, and empowerment

🤍💕Today was Amazing! I get to travel all across this country sharing with women but there is Nothing like being at HOME! I adore The Women of New Birth! Thank you to @jaivaughn_ for always leading us in amazing praise and worship!

Today we had a Midyear Reset! We left Refreshed, and Refocused as we reflected on the last 6 months and we are excited about what God is inviting us into the next 6 months!

Is you are expected a greater level in the next half of the year drop a 🤍and tell me 1 thing you are believing God to do!

🥹💛🥳Words cannot express how Incredibly Proud I am of my Amazing Husband @jamalhbryant✨✨✨✨Today we broke ground on a vision he has long had that God has allowed to come to pass! New Birth Village and the 300 homes that will be built on our land to create generational wealth for black families is officially underway! “This is the Lord’s doing and it is marvelous in our eyes!”

My husband and I have the honor of literally serving the Greatest Church on the planet! @newbirthmbc ✨✨✨✨So grateful for our Board and wonderful Community Partners.

💛🙌🏽✨Summer Revival was a Gift!! Each Night was an another level revealed of God’s Goodness and Mindfulness towards Us! I’m going Deeper and Following Him to the best of my ability. Planning to take Sabbatical in July to Rest, Reset and Breathe. There is a gift in your ability to pause. Some of us have endured so much and this is just the first half of the year. Give yourself the grace to process all that you’ve been through and give God the space as your Sovereign Lord to speak. You will be better because of it. Rest is Revolutionary and an act of Warfare against the enemy. I’m praying this summer that you create intentional time to Rest.💛✨

💛✨No Words for the way @aawlive Apostle Andre Williams Blessed Us, Wrecked Us and gave a much needed and confirming Word for me personally and my husband and I. I haven’t had language for what I’ve been feeling and the thought of it overwhelms me, but I’m watching God literally put the pieces of the puzzle together. I’m trusting God for what will be birthed next. Nothing this year has made sense to me, and at the same time, I know that hand of God had been in it all.

God knows just what we need, when we need it.

♥️✨📗I have just risen from my after church nap lol! Today was amazing! Over 5 Million Dollars in Academic + Trade School scholarships awarded to the next generation! You know exactly what this means when you have no financial support to attend school! God is faithful! Super Proud of @newbirthmbc
