Sometimes the wisest thing you can do is walk away.
That website. That DM. That conversation. That habit you keep telling yourself you can handle.
What if, instead of testing your strength, you simply chose to flee?
Not everything deserves your attention. Not every temptation deserves a response.
You don’t have to prove you can handle it. Sometimes, you just have to leave.
As the Bible reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:18, “Flee sexual immorality.”

Self-love is more than saying, “I love myself.” It’s in how you treat yourself when nobody is watching.
Choosing rest. Setting boundaries. Saying no without guilt. Taking care of your body. Protecting your peace. Getting the check-up. Putting the phone down.
 Choosing what is good for you, not just what feels good.
So here’s the question: How are you showing yourself that you love yourself?
