Mommy,Happy Mother’s Day to you. It’s so hard trying to go about today without hugging and kissing you. I hope you can feel my love up there. These past couple days have been the hardest of my life & I know this will be a journey. Words could NEVER fully express my love for you.. I’d literally do anything for you! And I did!! I held your hand through everything and I’m so glad that God placed us in each other’s lives. The bond you and I have is truly unmatched.. it goes beyond anything I could fully understand or explain. I love you with everything in me mommy. I think of you in everything I do, the lessons, the encouragement, the guidance. I’m still in nursing because of you, I’m still getting up every day because of you, I am who I am because of you!! You’ve instilled so many different things in me that I’ll hold on to forever mommy. People keep saying I look like you & I truly believe it’s because I am a reflection of you. You and I are so alike and have complimented each other so well. You’re my best friend, in this life and every life after. I’m so grateful for your time on this earth, with everything you did for others and myself. You are the epitome of a role model and I’ll continue to follow your lead. I love you beyond words mommy.. continue to rest peacefully and know that I’ll be okay. And that your legacy will continue on forever. You’re the best mommy a girl could ask for, and I made sure you knew that every chance I got. You really never know when your last time with someone is.. I’m grateful to God that I was able to see you, hug you, and love on you a few days ago. I know our relationship wasn’t perfect but I thank you for loving me and being there. I thank you for all the times we shared together.
