There’s a lot I could say.

So I’ll say this instead: Slam Frank was a gay little holocaust musical that somehow became very real, very alive, and very loved. And I am insanely proud of the people who pulled that off. Can't wait for the future of this crazy show!

Chill week relaxing and exploring some nature. Saw a great play that made me think a lot about the world like all good art should. Got rained on a lot, but got some great footage with some cool friends from it. Oh and I saw the Odyessy and got a haircut.

Spent the first half of my week watching shows, installing fridges, and getting people registered to vote only to fly off to Florida for America's 250th birthday. Went down to the southern most point of the continental US to enjoy some key lime, sun, Ernest Hemingway, and some world cup games. Flight got delayed coming back, but back in NYC!

Trying to wrap up all of my responsibilities before I disappear to London for a week. Listened to a new cast album, went to an opening night, debated theater versus theatre, recorded a social media series, got bagels, and workshopped a new musical. Oh and it's Tonys weekend!

Take Me to Dollywood was my first show as a Production Manager.

What followed was a weird, heartfelt, scrappy, ambitious process that somehow became a real play. A play with artists, audiences, late nights, impossible problems, production meetings, and standing ovations.

Theater has a funny way of teaching you by throwing you directly into the deep end. Every challenge I didn't know how to solve eventually became something I knew how to solve. Every impossible day eventually became opening night.

Getting to help bring this play into the world has been a privilege. I'm incredibly proud of the artists who made it happen and grateful to the collaborators and friends who trusted me along the way. I've learned more than I can put into a caption.

Closing a show is always strange. You spend months building a little world, and then one day it's over. Theater is temporary by design. That's part of what makes it special. 🎭

Thank you to everyone who made Take Me to Dollywood possible. I'm proud of what we built, grateful for everything I learned, and very lucky to have been part of it.

It's finally warm in NY, thank god. Got fingerprinted, installed a whiteboard, subbed on some shows, saw a few, and loaded out Take Me To Dollywood. PM hat taken off! Oh and I had gnocchi, which may seem insignificant compared to everything else, but it was really good
