Friends and Family, I know I’ve been a little MIA but it’s been for good reason. I’ll try and keep it short and sweet. Today is special for me. One year ago today, I had been really bummed out do to everything that had happened in the world up to that point. We all lived it, so I won’t go into it… BUT it’s not about the fall, it’s how you pick yourself back up. Which brings me to: *Picture 1 (7/31/2020) - I just cut some pajama pants into shorts (pirate pants) which I was extremely excited about. As you can see I lost A LOT of weight. If you saw me like this and were worried, I’m sorry, I wasn’t in the best place. I realized how skinny I got and decided to make a change. Fast forward to a year later… *Picture 2/3 (7/31/2021) - WHAT A DIFFERENCE! For one full year I worked out twice a week for 3 hours with an elastic band home gym set up and focused on my diet. No booze, fast food, soda, or sweets! Only clean whole foods, vitamins, water, and copious amounts of protein shakes to fuel my body. I’ve come a long way. I never weighed myself so I don’t know exact numbers but I’d say I gained at least 15 pounds of solid healthy weight! I feel great! Im 35 and in better shape than I was in my 20’s. If anybody has been thinking about starting up and making a change, just do it, the hardest part is starting. You won’t regret it! You don’t need fancy equipment or crazy supplements. Hit me up if you want help. I’ll give the best advice I can to help you on your journey. This is only one of the many projects I’ve been working on! I got more to show y’all soon. I love and miss everyone and I’m gonna leave you off with this: If you want change, it’s out there… GO GET IT! Special Thanks: @joerogan: Thanks for all the useful exercise and nutritional information shared on your podcast, it helped a lot! @davidgoggins and @cameronrhanes Thanks for the motivation dudes!
