Our workshop. Two photos taken 4 years apart shows a thriving, sustainable Shed now. #nashers have achieved a huge amount in that time.
Thanks to @westonfdn @rankfoundation & many other small donors nationally and in the #localcommunity

It’s been another busy week in and out of the workshops: from reconditioning a public bench (no photo), a dropdown coat rack, preparing & painting Christmas decorations, Halloween earrings, lanterns, and starting to fill a fruit bowl with turned pieces. The jewellery box continues (watch this space for a beautiful piece made by a true craftsman). A visit to the @haveniow to offer advice on how to restore their building and discuss rainwater harvesting. The RAT Run medals were given out to participants by @nettlestonefons last Sunday.
Never forgetting the social side of a mug of tea or coffee, a slice of cake, chocolate biscuit, a chat and always a good laugh each day. We’re open weekdays 10.00 - 12.30

It’s almost that time of year again. If you’d like to reuse a sturdy #halloween lantern made from recycled floorboards with a battery T-light inside or a pair of handmade earrings to dress up in, look no further than the Shed. Pop in and see us any weekday 10.00 - 12.30 to see these and other beautifully handcrafted items in our showroom.

Not simply names and numbers !
These are five of the 47 villagers #nettlestoneandseaview , with their ages, who lost their lives during WW1. Each of the 47 will be placed by a tree in the semicircle at Sophie Watson’s Garden #seaview in the next few weeks. Please take a moment as “We will remember them…”
