Your grocery store could never… this is meat you can actually SEE before it hits your plate & it’s fresh! No lie— @bearded_rays_backyardbbq is the best BBQ I’ve had in 15 years. Smoked low, served hot, and every bite is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. 📍10221 S. Dolfield Rd, Owings Mills, MD 📞 443-891-7012 The flavor is unreal—and they don’t stay in one spot, so make sure you’re following @bearded_rays_backyardbbq to keep up with their next pop-up locations! #bbq #blackowned #blackownedbusiness #supportsmallbusiness #ribs##ribtips #soulfood #macandcheese #owingsmillsmd #owingsmills #baltimorecounty #bmore #baltimore #visitmaryland #fyp #explorepage #trendingreels❤️ #viralreels #honestreview #foodreview by @naa_chopslife
If your suya isn’t dusted with suya spice, we need to talk. This is Suya General @kuffourvip serving suya the Ghanaian🇬🇭 way. Grilled over open fire and finished with a generous dusting of suya spice. That peanut-chili blend on top isn’t garnish—it’s tradition. I know some places serve suya without the topping. But in Ghana, the suya powder is non-negotiable. That final shake is where the heat blooms and the flavor settles in. Suya isn’t rushed food. You stand. You wait. You breathe in the smoke before the first bite. 📍 715 Pulaski Highway, Bear, Delaware 19701 Located behind the African food supermarket in the parking lot. About 45 minutes outside of Harford County. They offer lamb, chicken, and beef, with boxes priced at $10 each. ⏰ Open Fridays & Saturdays from 10:30 AM until 2 PM or sell out. They also take catering orders. To book, call 240-449-6593 and place your order ahead of time. Make sure to order by Thursday to secure your suya for Friday or Saturday..or risk yours not being there 🤣 This is the beginning of me @naa_chopslife documenting Ghanaian cuisine across the DMV and surrounding areas. Not just how it tastes, but how it feels. Because culture deserves to be tasted, not just talked about. 🇬🇭🔥 Next stop loading… #fyp #beardelaware #suya #africans #africanfood by @naa_chopslife
🚨 I BLAME @outsidewithanya … BECAUSE WHY IS THIS BISCUIT SANDWICH SO GOOD?! If you’re a breakfast lover who’s tired of paying café prices for a breakfast sandwich, BABY, let me put you on! 👀 My girl Anya (@outsidewithanya) put me onto Costco’s buttermilk biscuits, and I’ve officially been INFLUENCED! 😂 They were only $6.99, and the way these biscuits turned out? WORTH. EVERY. BITE. I made a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit with @traderjoes maple butter, and listen… the sweet maple butter mixed with the savory bacon, fluffy eggs, melted cheese, and buttery biscuit? ONE OF THE BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICHES I’VE EVER HAD! Now I understand why everybody is putting everybody on! Because sometimes the best breakfasts don’t come from a restaurant. They come straight from YOUR kitchen. 👇🏾 Be honest: Are you adding maple butter to your bacon, egg & cheese, or are you keeping it classic? And if you’ve tried these Costco biscuits, tell me what I need to make next! SELF-CARE ISN’T SELFISH, BABE. IT’S NECESSARY. 🤎✨ To the woman who’s always taking care of everybody else, when was the last time you made a day all about YOU? Between motherhood, responsibilities, and the never-ending to-do list, it’s easy to put yourself last. But pouring into yourself matters, too. You deserve moments that make you feel good, slow you down, and remind you that YOU are worth showing up for. My kind of self-care fun day? 🥞 Homemade pancakes slathered in butter and maple syrup because happiness sometimes comes on a plate. ✨ A laser treatment at @smooth_usa in Towson because self-care can include investing in yourself, too. 📍 100 E Pennsylvania Ave, Towson, MD 21286 ☕️ Finishing the day with a delicious latte from Hannah’s Cafe because a coffee run is always a good idea. 📍 215 Washington Ave, Towson, MD 21204 No extravagant vacation required. No guilt. Just little moments that make life feel sweeter. Your turn! What does your perfect self-care day look like: a spa treatment, a cozy coffee date, a good meal, or doing absolutely NOTHING? 👇🏾 Tell me in the comments, then save this as your reminder to plan a day just for YOU! Your shower routine deserves to smell THIS good. I tried Salt & Stone, and these scents? Right up my alley! 🌹 Black Rose & Oud Body Wash: Rich, luxurious, and smells SO good. These are fragrance notes I absolutely love, and this body wash is such a good addition to my routine. 🤎 Santal & Vetiver Body Cream: Super nourishing, leaving my skin feeling soft, supple, and moisturized. Because smelling good is one thing, but having skin that feels just as good? That’s the goal! Consider this your reminder that your everyday routine can feel like a little luxury ritual. Tell me, are you choosing the dark, sensual scent of Black Rose & Oud or the warm, earthy notes of Santal & Vetiver? POV: Your breakfast needs to be HIGH-PROTEIN, ridiculously delicious, AND pretty enough to make you stop scrolling. Because who said eating well has to be boring?! My current breakfast fixation is these slow-cooked, over-medium eggs with heavy cream, salt, pepper, fresh chives, freshly grated Parmesan, and a generous drizzle of chili crisp. Creamy, savory, a little spicy, and absolutely GORGEOUS. 🤌🏾 My favorite way to eat them? Slather avocado on a crispy piece of toast, pile those cheesy eggs right on top, and let every bite do its thing. It’s satisfying, packed with protein, and proof that your everyday breakfast deserves a little extra love. Because nourishing yourself shouldn’t mean sacrificing flavor OR the experience. 🌶️ NOW I NEED TO KNOW: What are you pairing these eggs with? Crispy bacon, breakfast potatoes, or are you keeping it simple with avocado toast? Tell me your combo in the comments! 👇🏾 ☕️ Follow @naa_chopslife & @naa_thelifechopper for more delicious food finds, easy food inspiration, coffee adventures, and ways to make everyday life taste a little better! #easyrecipe #BreakfastIdea #eggrecipes #avocadotoast #breakfastinspiration by @naa_chopslife
