I thought I would hit 110kg by October 1st, but the scale actually went up.

You can dial in your diet and force yourself to hit the gym but you absolutely cannot cheat sleep. Averaging 5 hours of rest completely stalled my progress and broke my body down.

It is a tough reality check, but we are not quitting. Today, we shift gears. Welcome to the Winter Arc. ❄️ For the next 90 days, the focus is fixing my recovery, blocking out the noise, and surviving this grind.

If you know the night shift struggle, you know how hard this is. Hit follow to see if I actually survive the Winter Arc. 👇

Days 9-14 took an unexpected detour. 🤒 Caught a crazy fever and it was a harsh reminder of what happens when you let your health slip and immunity drop. Sometimes your body forces you to rest when you won't do it yourself. Finally recovering and getting my strength back. Setbacks happen, but staying consistent means picking right back up where you left off. Taking it day by day! 🌿🔋 by @naadan_bulk

You can't out-train a bad diet. 🛑 Making the switch from junk food completely changed the game for me. Better ingredients, better mood, better results. Trust the process and feed your body what it actually needs! 💪🌿 by @naadan_bulk

Day 1 of 365. 120kg → 85kg.

Doctor gave me a warning and a deadline. So I'm doing this in
public so I can't quit.

Weigh-in every week — up or down, I post the number.
