On behalf of the North American Basketball League (NABL) family we would like to express our deepest sympathy to the family, friends, and fiancé @poundgame24 of our dedicated, talented and passionate player, Mr. Rakeem Dickerson. Mr. Dickerson experience as a player in the NABL afforded him to play for three (3) different organizations during his professional career in the NABL. He was a committed professional who gave his all to any team he was apart of. The NABL is sincerely grateful he decided to share his talents with us. As concern about coronavirus has grown on a local and global scale, our desire is to protect our players, owners, coaches, staff, and especially our fans. While there are no confirmed cases within the league, the Front Office has a responsibility to help manage this health crisis in our greater community.
Taking all of this into account, the North American Basketball League’s Front Office has made the decision to suspend all games, practices, and special events associated with the NABL.

We urge all league members and affiliates to take this pandemic serious. Please be sure to visit the Center for Disease Control at www.cdc.com for further information regarding prevention, treatment, and updates. by @nablbasketball
