The second time around for the Clark Family!

The Clark Family purchased their first 4br/2.5 bath home through NACA in 2009 at an interest rate of 2.375%.

Fast forward today via NACA, the Clark Family closed on their second 4br/4ba Colonial Style Home in Gwinnett County, GA.

They sold their first home in July 2020 and the equity from their recent sale afforded them the ability to buy-down to the lowest possible interest rate of 0.125%!

A message from Christopher, a new NACA homeowner: “12 years ago I lost my home, career, marriage, family all at the same time. God did exactly what he said he would do. He restored me not in my time but his own time.

12 years ago I was a successful realtor. The housing crisis of 2008 cut my income by a third. I went from helping others obtain homeownership to being without a home. I went from helping clients navigate NACA to being a member myself.
